The application of heavy anti-corrosion coatings involves all fields of modernization, including large industrial and mining enterprises: pipelines, storage tanks, equipment, etc. of chemical, petrochemical, steel and large-scale mining and smelting; important energy industries: natural gas, oil pipelines, oil tanks, power transmission and transformation, nuclear power equipment and coal mines; modern transportation: bridges, ships, containers, trains and cars; emerging marine engineering. Offshore facilities, coastal and bay structures and offshore oil drilling platforms. Coatings with epoxy resin as the main film-forming substance are called epoxy coatings. Every year, more than 40% of epoxy resins in the world are used to make epoxy coatings, most of which are used in the field of anti-corrosion. Epoxy anti-corrosion coatings are currently one of the most widely used and most important heavy anti-corrosion coatings in the world.
Commonly used materials for anti-corrosion engineering:
1. High chlorinated polyethylene anti-corrosion coatings
