Although the epoxy floor is beautiful, we still need to maintain it frequently when using it. Only in this way can we ensure the long-term use of the epoxy floor and have a very good effect on our lives. Today we will learn about the maintenance methods of epoxy floor paint. After the epoxy floor is completed and delivered for use, it should be maintained and cleaned to ensure that the workshop environment is clean and tidy and truly achieve a clean production environment. At the same time, incorporating daily ground protection work into the daily management system is conducive to extending the service life of the floor, reducing the renovation rate, and ensuring the smooth progress of production. Floor maintenance is as important as equipment maintenance. The following are some of the main items for floor protection:
In the case of production and construction, the construction environment must have enough isolation areas to prevent dust, sand, etc. from pouring into the undried paint film epoxy floor.
Areas that are easily contaminated, more conspicuous "facade" parts, and corridors should be cleaned 1-2 times a day with a wide cloth mop.
If there are coarse and hard sand and mud on the ground, they should be swept clean in the morning to prevent sand from grinding the ground and reducing ground wear.
Employees should change into soft-soled shoes before entering the cleaning area. Plastic mats should be installed at the entrances and exits where sand and mud are easily introduced, so that employees can easily remove debris from the soles of their shoes when entering and exiting.
When loading and unloading forklifts and shovels, pay attention to placing the goods flat to avoid tipping over or dragging to scratch the ground.
Avoid sudden braking when vehicles, forklifts and shovels are in operation.
For areas that often seep and leak oil, use crushed sawdust to clean them frequently to prevent the oil from denaturing, absorbing dust, and becoming stubborn stains. For areas with large areas of oil immersion, use a wide cloth mop to push the crushed sawdust to absorb the oil on the floor.
Try to avoid dropping machine tools on the ground. If there is a large damage to the paint film, report it in time. So that repair work can be carried out before the oil penetrates into the foundation. When the workshop uses water to wash the floor, avoid the oil-water mixture from being deposited in deep damage.
